What, this is the big, beautiful room in the castle you met before you divorced Ashley. Usually Leon and Ashley enter this room - they have to work together to clean all the parts there. You do this by standing on the bottom two pressure plates that make up the first tap in the room, and then turning the tap to get to the top floor of the room.

Once we get there, we need to get Ashley on a pedestal so she can turn the cranes in any direction. This is where you usually use your gun to shoot the malicious people who want to take it away. When the crane is finished, a platform will appear in the water, it goes the other way around to turn the other one. After turning on these two taps, the hallway leading out of the room will be restored and you will be free. Like I said, you broke up with Ashley after that program. But let's return to this room, because there are so many beautiful things in it. First, one thing I found very interesting about navigating this area is that Ashley does not actually need recycled trails to cross the water.

When Leon gets freedom of movement to walk on water, Ashley will jump on the platforms as if they have always been there. It's quite interesting. It seems that Leon is really the only person who has to cross these platforms. Everyone else just floats on the water as if they are standing right on the bottom և Reflection ... Which brings us to our next topic, which I wanted to talk about quickly. I love what I call "mirror worlds" in video games. And this room is one of those mirror worlds. The whole card is turned upside down to simulate an actual reflection, as it would be unthinkable to simulate an actual reflection in the game itself.

To be honest, given the undulating effect of the water, the Gamecube could not get past it. So it's their decision. By putting Leon in his normal position, we can actually explore this mirror world as a whole. It's quite strange to go through this, because it's practically a no-go zone. Only the body of the enemy descends here, which sometimes falls into the water, but even then it will be discharged before it descends so far. It's a beautiful forbidden world that only exists in reflection, և To be honest, I think it's very good. By exploring this space, I naturally wanted to see everything that is in it. Studying reflection is good - everything, but I know that nothing will actually happen.

That's why I'm so damn excited to go where Ashley was going. Leon usually does not have access to this area at all, but with a few modifications we can get there. It's also very easy, as Leon maintains his upright position when something does not suit him, such as the slope of the terrain, so by simply breaking the wall, we can go directly from the room to the apartment, top horses. But it was then that I came across something unexpected that made me think about this piece as a whole. So I decided to give it a try. Do my enemies follow me? No Can I turn the tap like Leon? No Where do the corridors lead, where does Ashley go? Absolutely nowhere. Also, the enemies will be deployed right in front of you while you are inside.

It's a little weird. I already know this type of corridor now as it is used in many areas. If you've watched my Resident Evil 4 Strange Doors video, you know that these areas sometimes have real doors. In this case, we can use them to get into Ashley's solitary confinement. But in many cases nothing is found. I have already examined a similar set of doors at the lowest level, they are essentially the same. This is the corridor used to generate enemies in the game, so enemies can not see when they are immediately spawned. They also serve as a place where enemies can grab Ashley if she gets caught. Basically it's an empty corridor. But as I walked through these corridors, I realized that there was something strange about them. It turns out that the paintings hanging next to these crane sections hide additional passages. You can see what corridors they are because they are much darker than in other photos.

I found this very strange because I'm pretty sure these passages are never used in the regular game, or even New Game Plus. I thought at first, well, because they were used as the complexity increased. But that's not all. So that got me thinking. Do you remember when we first entered this room? In front of us is a big picture, which eventually turns into a staircase. The board literally folds up and becomes the space we use to climb. It is rather a painting combined with an arch carved into the wall. Everything works. Now that I've tied the two concepts together, I'm determined that they were used to generate additional enemies, or perhaps where even more vicious enemies arose. I can imagine more archers coming out here to complicate this part, like the two archers who show up in this room in New Game Plus. I mentioned that the statue itself is actually tiled, which makes sense as it will serve as a fiery bridge in the event of a collapse. The collision of these passages is actually still in play as Ashley can easily cross the floating space. It can also be colored. They were therefore used at some point.

It is interesting that when you cross the boundaries, you fall into the void, it seems as if the collision of the stairs crosses the boundaries. It can be used to walk down the hallway while Leon gradually climbs the stairs. In general, I wonder if the difficulty level of this drawer was reduced by the time the last game was released. Maybe there were too many enemies for the average player to take down. It makes you think.
